Residential Landscape Maintenance

Landscaping is an investment not only in money, but in time and energy for upkeep. Many of our customers have asked us for help in keeping their beautiful yards looking as great as they did when the installation was complete. We know that many homeowners just don’t have the time or expertise to do it themselves, so we recently introduced our Residential Landscape Maintenance service to our existing clients.

Standard maintenance contracts include:

Maintaining and adjusting outdoor lighting and irrigation

Mulch Maintenance

Trimming Plants

(We’re sorry, but we don’t offer lawn mowing at this time.)

Cleaning and resealing hard surfaces when needed

just like everything we do, our contracts can be customized so that you only get the services you really need. When you sign a contract with us for maintenance services, we’ll assign a personal representative to your property to oversee the maintenance crew so that the job gets done right, every time.

Investing in your property isn’t a decision you can make lightly, and we understand if it feels a little overwhelming. We want to make the process as stress-free as possible.
